I'm a physician who is also familiar with herbal treatments!. There is absolutely no herbal medicine or prescription medicine that can cure a hernia!.
Hernias need to be surgically repaired to be "cured!." Though, not every hernia needs to be repaired!. It depends on the location, and extent of the hernia!.
