Can I go to a chiropractor even if i don't feel any pain?!

Question: Can I go to a chiropractor even if i don't feel any pain!?
Answers:
I work for a Chiropractor, and you sure can!. It is even a good idea to go once in a while even if you don't have any pain!. My Chiropractor looks a more than just bone alignment he checks nerve feeds and can advise you on developmental problems, imbalances, and I am still learning more things about what he can do for his patients!.

My husband is in great shape and rarely has trouble with his skeletal alignment, but our chiropractor did discover that there was a reduction in the nerve feed to his legs!. He adjusted him for that and he did notice a difference since then!.

I do however believe that some Chiropractors are more interested in money rather than your health!. A good Chiropractor will help you improve so that you don't need to go more than every couple of months or so assuming you don't have a permanent condition that would require more attention!. Some of our patients come just when they need to and others prefer to come regularly!.!.!.like once a month, to keep things from getting bad!. The fact is, if you attend to problems before your body gets 'used to' it being that way it takes much less to return your body to a balanced pain free state!. And everyone is different and needs different amounts of care!.

And just FYI the sooner you are able to get to a Chiropractor after an injury is incurred the sooner you are able to heal!. The trauma on your body is lessened!. Chiropractors can and will order x-rays as required!. This doesn't mean that you won't need to see a Medical Doctor, that is a good idea as well!. It all depends on the Chiropractor and techniques they use!. My Chiropractor can send for x-rays, but he also has other techniques as well!. For example, some breaks and fractures can go undetected on x-rays or simply overlooked on an x-ray and my Chiropractor can use a tuning fork to detect whether there is a break or fracture!.

Chiropractors go to as much schooling as Medical Doctors and have a lot of skills in their arsenal!. Finding a good one can be tricky!. Asking people you trust who they go to and doing some investigating is a good idea!.

FYI - the one I work for and see myself uses Manual Manipulation and a Drop Table, he doesn't use an activator!. He also uses strength testing to help diagnose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, you can!., and you can go to a lawyer when you aren't in trouble, I guess the question I have is why would you!?

There is no validity to the chiro claim or "tune ups" or "routine maintenance"!.!.!.that's just an obvious way to generate income from their gullible clientele!.

All chiros can do is offer temporary help for minor, musculoskeletal low back pain!.!.!.and they only can do that if they use techniques that are also used by physiotherapists, massage therapists, sports medicine doctors!.!.!.!.ie!.!.!.not traditional chiropractic!.

for many people, chiropractic "adjustments" become addictive, even though they offer no health benefits whatsoever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, I wouldn't want to pay for a visit if I didn't need it!.

However, I have known of many people that go just to 'keep things in check'!. Many report feeling better, like when you pop your knuckles!.

Regular visits help to keep your body aligned, just to prevent problems later on!.

I have one friend that goes just to prevent headaches!. It works for her!

Yes, I think most would say that!. I've never been to one, but my sister in Seattle sees Dr Walia!. His website is http://www!.drjaswalia!.com Maybe you could visit this site to find out more about what chiropractors do and maybe even ask some questions!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, sure you can!. If I go to my chiropractor once every month or two I never have a problem with my lower back!. If I don't go, my back starts to bother me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course!. Many people go monthly for wellness visits!. We all do "bad" things and get a little out of adjustment!. In fact some insurance plans will cover a monthly wellness visit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, the Chiropractors don't mind taking your money even though you really don't need their servicesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. My chiro tells me to show up on a regular basis- I go once a week!. He says this keeps the body in alignment so that I won't feel pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can, but why would you go if you don't have any particular reason!? ROFLWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, I'm sure any of those quacks would be willing to take your money for no reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
