Answers:
You're probably not getting too much iron, but the wrong kind of iron!. None of the iron tablets or iron added to vitamin tablets can be adequately absorbed by the body!. It more or less goes through your body as it came in!.

The best way to get iron is to use organic iron, easily absorbed in the intestines!.

The best organic iron you can get is Floradix Formula which you can buy in health food stores!. It is the extract of more than 30 iron-rich plants!.

Your iron lever will go up to normal in just 3 weeks!.

All the best!

One sign of too much iron is constipation!.

Try taking your vitamin every other day, or cut your pill in half!. Sometimes the body takes time to adjust to the extra nutrients!. Like starting a new exercise routine, your body isn't used to it and will ache!.

Multivitamins can contain too much of a mineral, but the excess is usually removed when you go to the bathroom!. The only way to really know is to have your doctor test you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excess iron is really hard to do unless you have a disease of iron storage, like hemochromatosis
http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Hemochromat!.!.!.

You could be hypothryoid, or hypoglycemic!. Maybe you are depressed, or have a muscle disorder!. Maybe you are a single mom working 2 jobs and have toddlers!. I don't know!. The point is, vitamins aren't a cure all energy pill!. If you are an otherwise healthy person, eating a wide variety of foods, especially lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, there is no need at all for a multivitamin!. This is just a huge marketing gimmick!. Whatever Alties accuse the pharmaceutical industry of doing!.!.!.I think the vitamin and neutraceutical industry does 10 times worse!.

The point is, by focusing on the red herring of vitamins, you are probably not looking for the real cause of your tiredness, which FYI is an extremely common complaint in doctors offices!.

It sounds like just the opposite!. You sound as if your iron level is very low!. Why do you think it is too much iron!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
