Naproxen Sodium (Aleve)
Asprin (Bayer)
Tylenol (OTC)
Tylenol (#1,2,3,4)

Gargling with warm salt water!.
Steam!.

For the Tylenol 1,2,3,and 4 you will need a prescription!. They contain acetaminophen and codeine!. Codeine is very effective at relieving pain but it is a narcotic from the opiate family and therefore you need a prescription to get it!.
