It is illegal in some states!. I wouldn't, just because it might get confiscated!. I guess it depends on where you are flying!. The FDA has h=not regulated it for human consumption!. Salvia Divinorum is not legal in all of the United States, in some states it has been made illegal!. So, if you start your flight in one state and are flying to another state where it is illegal they may not let you bring it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't take it on the plane, even if it is legal!. Even things like cigarettes get confiscated from people in airports and salvia is a bit more expensive!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
