1!. Time management and organizational skills!. There's a lot to get done in a little time!.
2!. Power to prioritize!. With so much to do and so little time, the nurse has to be able to delegate tasks that other hospital workers can do, saving the most difficult tasks for herself!.
3!. Compassion and the ability to empathize!. Being a nurse is 90% care, 10% compassion!. If your nurse doesn't help you to the restroom when you need it or clean a surgical wound, it won't matter how sweet she was to you!.
Being clean is part of your job (literally; you're required to wash your hands every three patients and use alcohol foam dispensers between each patient), so that probably isn't what your teacher was getting at for the purpose of this essay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
