I don't think anyone can say they "know" for a fact that colloidal silver is safe while breastfeeding since there are no scientific studies on it!. If it were me, or my daughter, I would say use it with no worries -- topically, but not on the breast where the baby would ingest it!. If you absolutely need to use it on the breast, just clean it thoroughly before baby nurses!.
Internally, colloidal silver kills good and bad bacteria!. Externally it should not be a problem anymore than antibacterial cream for a wound!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
