Answers:
The effects of these herbs on your estrogen level is useful but not sufficient!. You should consider agnus castus, black cohosh and potentilla anserina!. Wild yam may also be useful!.

The herbs you are currently taking is usually not a problem when taken together however, I always advise patients to take saw palmetto on its own for best absorption!. Maybe take fennel and fenugreek in the morning and saw palmetto at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only certain herbs interact!. And i agree seeing a qualified herbalist is better!. I am a herbalist in training and i dont see anything wrong with the herbs you are taking, though i would have to say that if you are looking for a specific effect it would be alot better to go consult a herbalist because they could take a look at youre entire picture if you get me!.

Soy has phytoeostrogens also, and red clover too, but they have only a SIMILAR effect to normal oestrogen because they are different size etc!.!.!.!. it would really depend on the type of reason you are taking these herbs!. So to prevent myself from babbling on, i would definately say consult a herbalist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The herbs that you list are fine to take together!. You should go to a naturopath or an herbalist, however, to make sure that this is really what you need to be taking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the herbs referred to are used for one particular treatment, then it should not pose any problem!. However, you need to consult a practicing herbalist for appropriate advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
