Where can I go to treat a UTI for an affordable price?!

Question: Where can I go to treat a UTI for an affordable price!?
I was in a university when I had a UTI so getting meds from there was so much cheaper!. Now that I'm in a community college, my only options are my family doctor and planned parenthood!.

Planned Parenthood's cost was too high for me!.!.!.so I turned to the family doctor and asked how much would it be to treat a UTI and for a check up!. She said $130!. I am very confused, because last time I only went in and it was $60!

I am so broke, I don't even know how I got a UTI, there are many causes I know!.!.!.!.it just sucks cuz it's my second timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could see if your family doctor would prescribe an antibiotic without seeing you since you've had them before!. If you've seen him previously you can call up his nurse and ask if they can just call in an Rx to your pharmacy!. Make sure the Pharmacy fills the generic and it shouldn't be too much!.

Otherwise, try an Urgent Care in your neighborhood!. Just look up Urgent Care in the yellowpages or Yahoo Yellow Pages!. They're usually a LOT cheaper than a family doctor!.

They sell the pills to alleviate the symptoms (the ones that make you pee bright orange) over the counter!. Look for AZO standard!.
However, while those make you feel better, they do nothing for the infection!. For that:

Take Cranberry Concentrate Capsules and Garlic Capsules- 2 each, every four hours!.

Drink copious amounts of water and urinate as frequently as you can!.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and sugar- including fruit juices!.

Rest as much as possible!. You should notice a difference in 24 hours!.

Keep taking the garlic capsules (decrease to 3x a day) for a week to ten days!.
