Answers:
you need vitamin c for the body to use iron, dandelion, alfalfa your !. ph must be off if your burning all the time!. these herbs will help lower the bodies ph but not effect the digestive acids needed in the stomach!.

all are safe for your baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Baking soda in water!. Tastes nasty and you will burp like there's no tomorrow at first, but it is the most natural thing you can possibly take since it is the very chemical your own body uses as an antacid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try the supplement from mommy's bliss:

Antacids such as Tums will only temporarily bandaid the problem at best !.!.!.!.!. only for it to recurr as soon as you eat again !.!.!.!.!.!. their main aim is to neutralise All the acid in your tummy !.!.!.!.!.!. this isn't a good thing as you need acids such as Hydrochloric Acid to digest your food !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. The baking soda in water (1 heaped teaspoon) is a good remedy if you don't have high blood pressure !.!.!.!.!.!. commercial baking soda does contain an awful lot of chemically processed salt!.

I would suggest that you alleviate your discomfort for now by putting a heaped teaspoon of baking soda into a glass of warm water !.!.!.!. mixing well and drinking the whole glass!.!.!.!.!. be prepared to belch loudly and the acid reflux should resolve itself within 20 minutes!.

The baking soda remedy will also neutralise All the digestive juices in your tummy!.!.!.!. so only use it in an emergency!.

Having said all that, you really do need to ditch the regular use of Tums and work out what is causing the acid reflux!.!.!.!.!.!. Tums is not a good source of calcium and creates an environment whereby calcium cannot be effectively absorbed anyways !!

Acid reflux, constant belching and burping, gassiness and bloating and constipation, ribbony stools, wet f*arting (sorry, no other way to say it) and cramping and even achy bones are all symptoms of lactose intolerance !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ditch the milk and dairy for a few days and note how you then feel!.

Make sure you increase your intake of calcium rich foods such as leafy and green vegies, fresh tuna and salmon, organic nuts and seeds such as almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds!.!.!.!.!. organic with the nuts and seeds to avoid the nasty sulfites and other chemicals they use to "preserve" the commercial varieties!.

Get 10 - 15 mins per day of safe sun exposure (vitamin D the sunshine vitamin) to ensure effective calcium absorption!.

Milk and dairy products are notoriously hard to digest and an awful lot of people suffer with the symptoms of lactose intolerance without ever knowing that if they simply avoided the foods that were making them ill they would feel 1,000% better!.

Heartburn is an indication that your body cannot digest whatever you are eating leaving your food to ferment in your digestive tract!.!.!.!.!. hence the gassiness, acid reflux etc!.etc!.;0)
