If he only ate one, it won't be a problem!. Have him/her drink a lot of water to flush it out if you are worried!. Any more than that and you should call the Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222 in the United States)!. Certain B vitamins (e!.g!. niacin -- B3) can cause various problems (e!.g!. in the case of niacin, skin rashes), so it's better to be safe than sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
