Question: What are some natural or alternative ways of birth control!?
Basically my fiance' doesn't like any type of hormonal birth control, we want to have children, but not right after we get married, and the only option that looks good to him right now are condoms, but i don't want to be married & using condoms!. That SUCKS! So basically i want us to find some kind of middle ground!. Any recommendations!?!?!? We need it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You haven't really left yourself a lot of options!. I don't think I would necessarily trust a "natural" method of birth control that purported to prevent ovulation or implantation or kill sperm to be any better for you than hormonal methods!.
Copper based IUD or the "rhythm method" would seem to be about your only choices!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Taking control of your fertility is a great book!. Sorry I can't remember the author!. It teaches a lot about your body and how to tell when to have sex, or when not to!. It's the most natural and safest form of birth control!. However if you have sex at any time without some sort of protection you could possibly get pregnant!. there's always contraceptive foam, though some people find that it stings a little and stuff!.!.!. i do, i don't really like it much!.
theres also the nuva ring, but that might have something to do with horomones too!. im not sure!. check it out!.

Would you try the iud!? I'm sure you know what it is!. They insert it in your vaginal area and you can get the one for 5 years or 10 years!. When you decide to have children you can just have it removed!. Ask your doctor maybe he/she will advice it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
