You do need to consult with a doctor so they can continue to monitor your blood pressure and possibly find what's causing it to be high!. That said, a high protein diet is good to help lower blood pressure!. When I was pregnant, I was borderline hypertensive and didn't want to take drugs that might have harmed my baby, so my Midwife recommended a high protein diet (around 90mg of protein/day) I ate a lot of boneless/skinless chicken breasts, eggs(best source of protein) and fish!. The omega3 fatty acids in the fish are also very beneficial!. I was able to bring down my blood pressure just by that change alone!. As soon as I started eating normally again with more carbs than protein, my blood pressure started rising again!. I had to stay on the diet until I had my son!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should see your doctor!. Pressure 'normal range' can vary per individual, however it is not something to play around with!. Only a licensed physician can prescribe what will work for you!.
However, home treatments that promote an overall good health is proper exercise and diet!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
