Why is this for multivitamins?!

Question: Why is this for multivitamins!?
I mean, on the supplement facts, some vitamins/minerals are 100 percent of daily value, yet others are 200 or 300 percent of daily value and some are only 10 or 20 percent of daily value -- and others don't even have set daily values at all!. What is up with this huge difference in daily percent values!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The established US RDA is the bare minimum to keep you alive!. It has no therapeutic effects!.

For instance 60mg is the US RDA for vitamin C!. To maintain good health 500mg to 1000mg per day is a good minimum!. However when battling colds or flu, it is recommended to take up to 1000mg of vitamin C per hour, every hour!. This is the therapeutic dosage for most adults!.

If your blood work indicates deficiency in vitamin D (very common) then 400 iu's won't be enough, you're better off taking 1000 iu's 3 times a day!.

It all depends on your health and what you're trying to treat!. My B6 was off the charts high so I need to be careful with that!. But my D levels are way below normal!.

The book "prescription for nutrional healing" gives good suggestions on what vitamins/minearls supplements the body needs to restore health!.

I you're basically healthy then 100% or 200% of the US RDA should be enough for you!.

Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
