The benefits of massages varies!. For me personally, the best benefits are the detoxification!. This is true especially if going to a professional spa where they have a steam sauna!. The steam opens your pores and draws out various poisons from your body!.

In addition, the steam relaxes you prior to the massage and loosens up the muscles so that you actually benefit more from a massage!.
