WHAT helps with your pain (not just meds)?!

Question: WHAT helps with your pain (not just meds)!?
Ice packs!? Heat packs!? Music!? Aromatherapy!? Acupuncture!?
Mine's mostly bone pain or headaches - what can you recommend!?

I have metastatic osteosarcoma and I'm on pain medication including fentanyl (skin patch), which is great and keeps me on a pain level of like 3 or 4 out of 10, just working on reducing the rest and helping with bad days :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I have an acute injury ice works for me!. I also do yoga to deal with chronic back and hip pain!. It not only makes my body feel great it also helps me to relax my mind!. Bone pain and headaches can be eased or relieved with acupuncture, but altering your diet will help you more!. I used to have constant hip and joint pain but by eating a less acidic diet (less sugars and meats) or by eating 75% of my plate vegetables, sweating and taking a mineral supIement I helped my body get rid of bone pain!.
Excess sugars turn to Acids in your body and these corrode the minerals like calcium from your bones leaving you in pain!. Also by sweating you get rid of acids and toxins, I walk for 35 to 45 minutes a day!. Drink plenty of water, it will also help you get rid of excess acids and relief your probably dehydration related Headaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find thermal therapy helps my pain best, particularly my carpal tunnel in my right hand!. I've been using these compressive thermal gloves that my physiotherapist recomended which have been great to wear at night so that my hands are much better in the morning!. I don't get headaches too often but I find drinking green tea helpful & resting in a dark room away from bright light the best as headache tablets give me nausea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
