Taking a supplement to improve brain function seems that it will only be addressing a symptom brought on by the lack of hormones!. The better way to approach this may be to find a natural way to replenish hormones or support natural production, even if it's reduced!.

A good natural progesterone cream may be very beneficial!. I'd used one by Nature's Sunshine that worked very well according to my body's needs!. It's expensive, but one tube will last several months making it reasonable on a monthly basis!. Medicine usually focuses on estogen replacement but doesn't pay enough attention to progesterone replacement!. True, you lose a large % of estrogen in menopause, but can quickly lose all of your progesterone production!. Balance between these two hormones is imperative to minimize negative effects of menopause, whether that's mood, bone loss, brain function or whatever!.

Another approach is to look at support of your entire endocrine system!. Do a google search for 'natural endocrine support' and you will come up with a lot of good informative sites!.

The product that I've had and seen most success with (for endocrine support ) is by Mannatech called 'Plus'!. It is wonderful for supporting your entire endocrine system, all natural and safe for anyone to take!. It can be quite pricey while you're getting things in balance as you'd need to take more than the label recommends!. I know of a few menopausal women who order this product by the case as it is the only thing they've found that gives their bodies what they need nutritionally to support their hormonal systems!. This product also gives some people a mental boost, as serotonin is a hormone regulated by the endocrine system!.

Bottom line is that there are a lot of options!. The trick is to find the one that supports your exact needs - and that's different for everyone!.

Blessings during this difficult time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
