Question: Y cant i get clients for business!? !?
I am a fully qualified Complementary Therapist and masseur, but i just cant seem to get clients for it, i have a Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies which i studied for two years for at college but i just feel it wasnt worth doing it now because i am so shy and cant make any effort to speak to other ppl, i secretly wish i cud speak to everyone and get more clients and make new friends, i have a lot of hidden talents including singing and dancing too but think ppl will think i am a freak or weird, or i will be rejected, so i dont bother telling people about my business or telling them about me so i miss out on both!. Is my lack of confidence and shyness getting in the way of getting more clients for my therapies and friends, i also think ppl are fine and dont suffer with stress or any illness becos they look fine but then when i look closer i see that there are loads of miserable ppl but i get scared to approach them, i hide who i am every day and havent told anybody bout my business out of fear, and those i do tell just dont seem interested, am i advertising wrong or to the wrong people!? As the previous poster mentioned, your communication will be having an effect on your business!. Spell things properly, even in emails or quick posts on forums!.
Invest in business cards with your name, specialties and experience!.
Look into trade shows and other public events to get your name known!.
But you will have a very, very tough time if you're afraid of rejection!. The first step in getting over that is pretty painful, but has to be done - start talking even if you get rejected!. You'll have to face that fear to start and maintain any kind of business!.

Why not take a public speaking class!? It will help in the area you are having a problem with!. Also the spell checker is free!. Your not getting business I would believe because of poor communication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I agree!. Definitely take a public speaking class!. I do admit that it's tough, and VERY nerve wracking!.!. but you have to remember that it's for your career so it'll be worth it in the end!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, you've pinpointed your problem!. Have you read any of the Abraham books!? My favorite is ASK AND IT IS GIVEN!. They have games/processes for such internal thinking processes!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
