Should i stretch before i meditate?!


Question: Should i stretch before i meditate!?
when i meditate for a while my back starts to hurt and feels stiff, i was wondering if stretching would prevent it at all!? and if so what kind of stretches should i do!?

One of the main purpose of yoga is to be able to sit in silence and meditate for a longer period of time!.!.
Yoga takes you deeper into meditation!. So yes, it is always nice to stretch before meditation if possible!.

I believe you should stretch before any exercise, even if it is a relaxing yoga class!. It will make you feel even better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
