I have found that a herbal formula of burdock, slippery elm and rhubarb in capsule form does wonders for IBS if taken on a daily basis!. I say this from experience with patients!. The best commercial supplement to match this formula is the Essiac Formula!. It is available in health stores in every country and was developod by a hospice nurse Rene Cassie!. It works brilliantly to regulate bowel movements!. Google it for more info!.

If you are going to use a probiotic, use one with live spores of the 'good' bowel bacteria like Sacchromyces boulardi and lactobacillus acidophillus!. Speak to your pharmacist, he can help you!. In many countries, there is a product called interflora in capsule form!. Works very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If improvement lags significantly or has clearly stopped, another dose may be taken!. The frequency of dosage varies with the condition and the individual!. Sometimes a dose may be required several times an hour; other times a dose may be indicated several times a day; and in some situations, one dose per day (or less) can be sufficient!.

If no response is seen within a reasonable amount of time, select a different remedy!.
