Question: Cure a sore throat quickly!?
please help I have an audition in 3 days and in that audition i have to sing n my voice is croaky because of my throat

gargle with warm salt water!. This always makes my throat feel better instantly! Good luck with you audition! Www@Answer-Health@Com
Gargle some sage (you can buy it as a spice in stores) in warm water!. It tastes awful, but three times daily does wonders!. Also, warm water blended with a bit of honey can work great too!. I'd recommend gargling with sage, then the honey!. Aside from doubling the aid, the honey will offset the bad taste of the sage!. (Swallowing it after gargling is not necessary, but may perhaps work better)
Temporary relief: Gargle saltwater (tap water w/ salt in it, usually), hard candy (sucking on it creates a coating on the throat)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gargle with warm salt water ever hour or two!. Drink alot of fluids, avoid speaking, and try these cough drops-they're great and take away my sore throat-
