Where to buy vitamin D?!

Question: Where to buy vitamin D!?
I am an Ethiopian and I have been living in Holland for more than two years now!. About a year ago, I began experiencing slight dizziness and head ache in the mornings!. I learned from a friend that this could possibly be because I am not getting enough sun which led to vitamin D deficiency (which makes sense as I spend virtually all of my time at home or at office)!. Whether this is true or not, I am eager to see as I will be going back to Ethiopia in a few months!. But I could see on the internet that research has shown that vit!. D deficiency is indeed related with depression!. For the time, I am planning to try taking the vit!. D formula!. What do you think about it, and does anybody know where I can get vit!. D!? Could it be available in common supermarkets or should I visit drugstores!?

I appreciate your response!.

Answers:
You can get vitamin D in both a tablet and also liquid form (common as drops given to young children) in a little brown bottle with a green label (I forget the name but it has vitamin D written on it)!.

Not all the supermarkets sell it to be honest, but any apotheek or the commerical stores like Kruidvat, DA, Etos etc all have a section in the stores with vitamins - it's big business!

My two children are under 5, so I buy it regularly for them in NL (and no, Walmart doesn't exist here assuming you are talking about Holland as in the Netherlands rather than Holland in the USA)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drugstores and some supermarkets have it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try WorldNutrition!.com or any healthfood store, drug store!.Vit D can be found in calcium supplements as well so read the labels!. I get mine at Walmart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, vitamin D deficiency is linked to depression !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it is also essential for the effective abvsorption of calcium, B12, B6 and iron !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. without sufficient vitaimn D in your system you would therefore suffer from the deficiency related side affects of each of the abovementioned !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. however, that being said, dizzy spells, headaches and migraines could also both be attributed to dehydration as can irritability and moodiness, constipation, digestive troubles, fatigue and exhaustion, puffy bags under your eyes, constant yawning !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. do you drink 8 glasses of water per day!?!? cut right back on coffee, tea and alcohol also and ditch the sodas, pop and soft drinks too as they will all dehydrate you terribly as well as rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins!.!.!.!.!. you'd be amazed at how being just a little dehydrated can affect your mood and energy levels!.

To get more vitamin D into your diet either get 10 - 15 mins of safe sun exposure daily or simply eat more fresh tuna, sardines and salmon or take a fish liver oil supplement daily !.!.!.!.!.!. your local health food store should be able to guide you on the best quality supplement to take!.

take care of you

peace baby
