Is SAM-e sold in Ontario?!
Question: Is SAM-e sold in Ontario!?
It's good for depression among other things!. Would likely be at a Health Food Store, but I don't know if it's it's one of the supplements not allowed in Canada!? Does anybody know if it is and where it is sold!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This appears to be a healthfood store in Ontario!. If they don't carry it on the shelf they will most likely order it for you on their next order from an appropriate brand, at no extra charge!.

Here is a directory of health food stores, with a good list in Ontario!. Any Whole Foods or healthfood store with a decent supplement section will have SAM-e!. but you might want to call first to make sure if you are going to make a trip!.!.!.

I like the Jarrow and Source Naturals brands!. Solgar might be a substitute!. I wouldn't use and SAM-e that's under 200mg and under about $11-15 as it will be junk and a waste of money!.!.!.

I've seen it in just about every health food store I've been in!. (I live in Eastern Ontario) Wal-Mart even carries it!. Its usually pretty pricey - $35+ per bottle of 60-90 capsules!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
