Question: Question about salvia divinorum and personal problems!?
I used to smoke marijuana frequently, but then I started getting anxiety and panic attacks every time I got high!. I stopped smoking the stuff about 8 months ago and to this day and I still have anxiety/panic attacks!. I have felt like I have been living in a dream for as long as I can remember now!.

I was seeing a psychologist, and he said I have a depersonalization disorder due to high anxiety!. He prescribed me seroquel but I did not take them!. As of now I'm not seeing any psychologists or anything, and I do my best to avoid stimulants that make my depersonalization worse (caffeine, energy drinks, tobacco, etc!.)

Now the problem with my anxiety is that I honestly don't know what's causing it, whether it's due to 2 deaths in the family in 2007, a girl I love who completely ignores me, or the fact that I'm indecisive about my future and how I'll end up!. People tell me to face what's causing my anxiety and everything, but I seriously don't know what it is!.

So my question is, would smoking a small extract (5x maybe!?) of salvia divinorum help me better realize what is causing my anxiety!? Supposedly it gives insight to personal problems, much like LSD does as well, but I'm afraid I will freak out from it and have a panic attack, given my anxiety disorder along with the fact that I now freak out every time I smoke weed!. Well i personally would stay away from mind expanding drugs, as I've been there and can relate!.!. What really did it for me was my DIET!. cutting processed sugar out of my diet which makes you lazy and actually quite depressed, has considerably helped me!. ALSO RUNNING lol!. force yourself to do some exercise, and after 3 or 4 times you feel a whole lot better!.!. really improves your mood and calms you down!.
DRINKING tons of water helps as dehydration can actually make you scared and depressed!.!.!. (odd but true)
Whatever you need to go through is fine!. Salvia is your decision!. I've heard of people being healed on it, but that is your decision!. I personally would wait and try a few other things!. lol getting outside and talking to people helps to!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Salvia has caused some people to grow even more unattached to reality!. I would stay away from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think what you really need is to see the psychologist again!. If the one you saw was crap, then find a new one!.

Sounds like you need to talk to someone who can help you suss out your problems and provide ways for you to cope in the meantime with your panic attacks!.

I honestly doubt taking the salvia is going to help you any at all!. (After reading what it is and seeing "Salvia, is a psychoactive herb which can induce strong dissociative effects", sounds exactly like what you DONT want)!.

Forget about the drugs and go seek some professional help!. If you dont want to do it with meds you dont have to, but at least go and talk to them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude, i know what ur going through!. the anxiety/panic attacks ARE psychological and self-induced!. you might be thinking, why would i be puting MYSELF through this, but really its simple!. even though ur issue is real and massive in nature!. all the thoughts that ur having are not in flow!. they are all mixed up and circulating together in ur head like u got a blender that wont turn off, u probably feel like ur ''almost'' there to feeling good and back on ur feet!. a psychologist is trained to put a name to all the different feelings we have and allow us to sort through them ourselves, which can df be helpful!. psychiatrists can prescribe meds for these imbalances!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but meds wont reverse the cause, as u know already, they will just diminish the effects of the cause!.!.!. so, do meditation!.!.!.!. u know how we say that we only use 10% of our brains, well there is some truth to that!. w/o our spirit/ whatever u may call it, our physical bodies would be nothing but a bundle of matter taking of space and doing absolutely nothing, but the spirit gives literal energy, life, and personality to the body!. when u meditate, all u are doing is thinking of nothing!. emptying your mind, allowing your subconscious to wander within the conscious!.!. find a quiet place where u will not be disturbed, sit there and think of nothing!.!.!.for 10 minutes!.!.!.!.just concentrate on your breathing and nothing else!.!.!.!. ur mind may start to wander and ull think, "how will i ever be able to think of nothing!?''!.!.!.!.!. its funny cuz after a while ur mond will give up and the turbulence will subside, giving u the luxury of true rest!.!.!.!. the mind can then flush and ur subconscious, (soul/spirit/personality) can then be opened to ur mind!.!.!.!. for example, thats where ur desires and aspirations reside, giving ur mind a clearer picture of what it is u want to do in the future!. u see what im saying!.!.!. the anxiety is ur is the body's way of saying hey, too much thought, relax ur *** and think better!.!.!. kinda like pain, we would not have survived this long without it!.!.!.!.!.!. now my advice has no pills or injections in it at all!.!.!.!.but what i would direct u to do is learn a little more about what im conveying, for this yahoo answer is just a grain of sand compared to the beach of knowledge that awaits you!.!. damn that was good huh!?!.!.!.!.!.peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
