Anyone else take cod liver oil and have MORE skin problems?!

Question: Anyone else take cod liver oil and have MORE skin problems!?

I know lots of people take it for that reason!. I take it for another reason (mood) and everytime I take it -Bam! - Boil like zits all over!.

Just wondered if I was the only one!.

If this happens, then you are probably allergic to fish or shellfish!. Just a thought, but I would change what you take for moods!. Not everything works for everybody, that is why there are alternatives even in Alternative Medicine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
