I have a great method that helps every time!. It may sound hideous but if you swallow the pieces of garlic without tasting them it isnt bad!.

Take half a lemoon and squeeze it into a mug!.Add a clove or two of garlic chopped into easy to swallow pieces!.Now add a tablespoon of honey and then fill the mug with hot water!.

Its fantastice!.The lemon kills germs in your throat,the honey soothes it and the garlic is awesome at helping to fight colds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take vitamin C & B complex!. Please be aware that natural home remedies are far more effective for prevention, when it comes to cure, natural remedies working slower than standard conventional medicine like OTC drugs!. Should your problems here persist more than 3 days after the first symptom, I strongly suggest that you must consult with a medical doctor who also specialized in alternative healing/medicine!.

You need to eat & drink warm food, like chicken soup with ginger & garlic are the best natural antibiotics for your body!. Or, you could make these gingers boiled in water, and have it as your drink, combined with tea & honey!. Increase your daily intake with lots of variety fruits & vegetables!.

Plus, drink water averagely 8 glass/day!. Avoid junk food, dried foods, preservatives, MSG, unhealthy snacks, etc!. It's the best to have your vegetables by steam/stew or boil instead of fry them in oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At the first sign of a cold take two echinacea capsules, 3 times a day, but dont take them for more than 2 weeks in a row!. Also take 1000 mgs of Vitamin C every two hours!. Garlic capsules are also a good natural fighter!. If youre allergic to sunflowers or sunflower oil do Not take echinacea!. Alot of people are allergic to it!. All of these remedies have helped me ward off a cold!.!. I also have used air borne which seems to work for me!.
