I found them very good, make things seem clearer and more focused around me!. I bought them over the web!. Do a search!.!.!. it's cheaper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I honestly think ear candles are native americans' revenge for all we did to them!. In the practical terms of what people claim they do, it's impossible as unless you have perforated ear drums, it can't work!. As for it drawing out gunk, actually, they put it there! Buy one and hold it in your hand while it burns; magically wax deposits in your hand!.
But other things less physical and more spiritual are also claimed for them!. Personally, this can be achieved by meditation anyway, so I'd save your money and learn to meditate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay Okay lots of opinions!. I do not use ear candles because of the wax and so on!.

But for years i have used a full sheet of newspaper rolled tightly corner to corner so it is really long have someone help you and you stick an end in your ear make sure it is rolled tight and small enough to fight in your ear and that the hole stays open in your ear point the paper down while it is light the fire pulls moisture from your ear relieving the ear ache

I use it often the past couple of years my ears have been sensitive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Hopi Ear candling never happened in their tribe!.

Ear candling, also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative medicine practice claimed to assist the natural clearing of earwax from a person's ear by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal!.

According to medical researchers, it is both dangerous and ineffectiveWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am afraid to use them after my ada had a bad experience with them- apparently he was using it and tilted his head upwards too quickly or something, and some of the wax or whatever it was dripped back into his ear!. He couldn't hear for about a day! Very scary!.!.!. I would say definitely use caution or even better!.!.!.!.a Q-tip! Careful, there, too! Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are a con, you can test this by burning one on the floor and seeing that exactly the same "toxins" are extracted!.!.!.

You can also test the lack of suction by placing one over a pile of dust and observing that it isn't "sucked" up!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband did and he ended up with terrible tinnitus !Www@Answer-Health@Com
