i am an 18 year old female i'm in good shape but last night my chest felt like it was "stuffy" and today it has gotten worse!.!.my chest feels cold kind of also my throat is a little sore!.!.whats the best remedyWww@Answer-Health@Com

use mussin-x!.but it will not work without water!.the more water you drink the more stuff comes up!.also!.spit it out or your stomach will be feeling it next!.make sure you go through about 16 hrs!.worth for it all to come up!.mine said every 4 hrs!.but just go by the directions on the bottle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
