Question: Does drinking orange juice MAKE anyone else sick!?
I know this sounds strange, but after noticing a little pattern, and then testing it out- I cant take high levels of Vit C without getting a cold!. I will be healthy as ever, feeling great, then have a glass of orange juice, or something with high Vit C and get sick the next day!. Orange juice seems to be the worst!. Does anyone else relate to this!? My better half is the same way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know I can't really eat a lot of citrus food such as oranges and lemons, and I certainly can't drink a lot of those juices because I'm allergic to citrus!. If I were you, I'd pay attention to brands to see if it's all orange juice or moreso just certain ones, and then I'd try and figure out what else is in them!. If you really want to know, call up your doc and ask him/her about it!. They'll be the best person to help you figure it out or have some knowledgeable advice!. Take care!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
