Pretty good!. I almost always feel relaxed after a classical, Swedish style, massage!. I prefer a deeper pressure, but not necessarily deep tissue massage or trigger point therapy unless it is blended nicely!. Swedish is one of the most common styles of massage therapy and a lot of people enjoy this kind of massage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Swedish massage, especially by a licensed massage therapist, can be used to heal musculoskeletal injuries---especially when done in conjunction with a physical therapist!.
