Have you ever tried Emergen-C??!

Love it, and drink it often!. I do not find it gives me energy!. I do, however, find that if I feel an illness coming on, alternating lots of Emergen-C with Airborn, rest, good homemade chicken soup can and does knock out an on-coming cold or flu, and in pretty short order, too!. If I do get sick, it is over more quickly and doesn't seem to be as severe as other people around me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, i don't think it's that good!. you probably already have enough vitamins in your diet!.

If you don't have scurvy you probably don't need emergen C!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
