Does living in cold climates build up natural immunities to illnesses?!

Question: Does living in cold climates build up natural immunities to illnesses!?
I'm an 18 year old guy and I moved to Canada when I was 3 where I lived for 2 years!. In kindergarten, all they ever did all day was make us play outside in the cold for hours on end(negative temperatures most of the time including the wind chill factor)!. To this day, I eat nothing but junk food yet I don't get sick ever, I wear shorts in the cold and don't feel cold at all, and my doctor said that my natural body temperature is exactly 98 degrees instead of the regular 98!.6!.

Does staying out in a cold climate really build up immunities to illness!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I doubt it!. I can't see how cold climate conditioning can prevent or discourage bacterial or viral infections!. Even the Arctic was not spared from the Spanish flu early last century!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in my opinion it does but you should ask someone with more science knowledge for the bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
