This ALWAYS works for me!. Right before bed I drink a decaffinated tea with a teaspoon of honey as a sweetner!. Then put Vicks vapor rub on your feet (yeah I know it sounds weird but it work better than under your nose plus no chance at breaking out) and put on a pair of old socks(so you dont mess up your sheets)!. Try apple cider vinegar!. It worked for me!. You put a spoonful of it into a cup of hot water and drink it!. Warning: it doesn't taste too good though!. Some people put it in tea or add honey to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
