I am staying iver at a friends tomorrow and am embarrassed about my heavy snoring due to an operation when i was younger!. any home remedies that can help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep on your side!. I remember Ann Landers advising someone to sew a marble in the back of whatever shirt they slept in to make it uncomfortable to roll over onto the back!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have seen/heard of some tennis ball contraption you can DIY, it's a little funky looking so don't know if you would find it more embarrassing than the snoring itself, may as well google it though!. you could probably wear a loose shirt and go to the bathroom to put it on discreetly (it is tied around your torso or something)!.
Honestly though, a friend who judges you for something like that is not a friend worth having!. Just my two cents!.
