There's no real quick fix!. Drink LOTS of water!. 64 ounces isn't really that much!. Aim for like 72-80oz of water for the next two days!. Buy some vitamin c supplements from your local pharmacy!. Works better than eating oranges!. Basically just eat hot soups and drink as much water as possible along with the vitamin c to boost your immune system and help flush the cold!. You should be able to get rid of it in two days!.

I usually like to make a hot tea with 1 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh if possible, 1/4 tsp cayenne if you can't take it that hot use less but if possible you need at least that much if you can take more than do so!. also two table spoons of Honey this works great for my familyWww@Answer-Health@Com

a teaspoon of onion juice with honey chased by a cup of warm water 2 to 3 times a day!. at night drink a cup of milk boiled with turmeric (you can buy it in any indian grocery store or any supermarkets that carry ethnic products) Www@Answer-Health@Com
