Anyone drink apple cider vinegar?!


Question: Anyone drink apple cider vinegar!?
And if so, what for!? I just read somewhere that it is good for anxiety, heartburn, sleeping problems!.!.a number of things! What's the best way to drink it!? I read somewhere to do it with warm water!? Any other information/personal experiences!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be moderate about it and have two tablespoons full topped with warm water and sipped through a straw (to protect the enamel on your pearly whites) 3 times per day !.!.!.!.!.!.!. have each mug full 15 minutes before eating and you'll find that the ACV (must be organic raw and unfiltered to obtain full benefits) will increase the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and aid in digestion and help enormously in getting your body running smoothly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. so it has an alkalising affect on your body!.

oh, please ensure that you buy organic as the commercial varieties have had so much goodness taken from them that they could really never possibly be used for therapeutic purposes ?

Shake the bottle well too so that the Mother (active ingredient) in it is well dispersed throughout the ACV!.

I actually just bought some of this because I have heard lots of good things as well!. I haven't tried it yet though!. According to Dr!. Bragg, they key thing is to use UNFILTERED ACV!. I have only found this in health food stores though, not grocery stores!. Also, you are suppose to mix it with distilled water (not bottled water, tap water, etc!.) I believe he recommends adding two tablespoons of the ACV to the distilled water!.

My grandmother claimed that apple cider vinegar helped her arthritis!. If I remember correctly, she would drink a small glass of it, mixed with honey and warm water, every morning and evening!. Sorry I don't know what proportions she used!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
