Yes! A probiotic - (Primal Defense by Garden of Life) costs @$35!. Will do the job!. Get the powder, not the capsule!. I take 1/4 a scoop once an hour in water to keep it in the system!. Also can opt to take Wild Oil Of Oregano P-73 at the same time and will work even faster, but, get ready to go to the bathroom!. If you are too uncofortable at first, start small and then work your dosage up!. It is not really something you can overdose on!. I cured food poisoning with this!. Also, good for general sickness!. Can take for the rest of your life if u want!. Read up 4 yourself to be informed!. Drinking 8 oz of water with 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother (at the health food store) may help a bit temporarily (good for acid reflux)!.
