Kalms contain valerian, a very powerful herb, so you have to be careful not to overdose!. They didn't do anything for me!.
Try a drowsy type antihistamine like piriton, or if that doesn't work a stronger one like nytol!.That works in about half an hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

most tablets like these are herbal and dont work!. If you read it carefull, they normally state that they help you get to sleep, but they dont work for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
I tried them and they didn't work for me!. In fact, when I did nod-off I had nightmares (don't know if that was anything to do with the tablets though)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They don't zonk you out but if you're relaxed in the first place, they help you doze off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
