I like pain killers, and sleep pills....?!

Yes if you over use them you could develop immunity to pain killers and sleep pills and you'd be a up the creek without a paddle if something occurs and you get real serious pain or severely deprived of sleep from some reason! Try Valerian for sleep sometimes but even that can be addicting but it's not as bad as the medical form!
for pain: dandelion tea, ginseng, pau d'arco, comfrey, golden seal, astralagus!. What ever you take if you take it on a continual basis no more than every 3rd day and not more than 2 cups or 2 capsules that day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
