What's better for health: Bath or shower?!

Question: What's better for health: Bath or shower!?
And why!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Shower 6 days a week and bath one!. Unless pour really dirty!. Your skin has natural oils it needs to protect itself if you ccontinuouslytake them off you may become vvulnerableto drying out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on what your goal is!. Showers are quick and less likely to dry the skin out in cold weather!. Bathing is very ritualistic and takes on qualities of relaxation and healing!. Though bathing puts the user in a position of vulnerability for yeast infections and urinary tract infections because of the warm water submersion of the pelvic area!. If you don't have a history of UTI's and yeast infections you should be fine bathing weekly or monthly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From a Hygiene angle, a shower is always better because you are washing the dirt down the plughole rather than sitting in it!. But there's nothing like a good wallow to shift the old aches and pains, for me lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

shower because when you take a bath everything that you wash off just goes into the water and has potential to get back on you and with a shower the water goes right back down the drain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no difference ,you can take any!.clean body is the result!.
but if you thinking in ecological way, then bathing is good as you use less water while bathing and more water while showeringWww@Answer-Health@Com

For cleanliness a shower is better because then you aren't sitting in dirty germy bathwater but if you need to de-stress and relax then take a bath, but shower firstWww@Answer-Health@Com

Baths are unhygienic and can lead to bladder infections!. The occasional bath is okay for soaking away aches and pains!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say taking a bath as it aways helps me with aches and pains and just is more comfortable to my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

errrrm i dunno when i am sick i always go in the bath and it makes me feel better!.!.but shower you are not laying in your own dirt!.!. it's a draw again sorry lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

shower, because a bath tub has a lot of residue and the dirt that come off your body goes in you and cause an infectionWww@Answer-Health@Com

Shower lets it all flow so that you aren't sitting in your dirt!. Some people get relaxes in a bath though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
