Before I disscuss my experience of salvia, I would like to say that Dr!. Phill is just an old man trying to make money, he has no experience with salvia and therefore he is ignorant of it!. You cannot say salvia is bad if you have never tried it before!.
And I dont like how he made it seem like salvia was a bad thing, cause is not!.
Well here is a description of what it does
The first 30 seconds you feel like your soul is detaching itself from the body, and then boom you are trippin , trips are different for everybody, I usually experience some 2d evnviroment, but very colorful and everything seems to loop!. The after effects are of peacefullnes and insight!.
Sometimes is really hard to remember your trips, but i guess your brain dosent want you to remember them!.
Highly recommended! but take in mind that you need a sitter to be with you, just to watch out see if you are all right, but tell him/her not to disturb you unless is necessaryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't believe the guy who just responded!. Not true at all!. He must've tried regular leaves or weak extract!. Try shamanic extract and see what happens!.!. lol It's the most intense psychedelic trip imaginable!. Overrated!. Don't buy the hype!. There's always some freak out there who likes to get wasted on gasoline fumes, but that's not the experience for 99!.9% of people!.!.!. Same goes for salvia!. It's a 3-minute little buzz that's almost day-dreamy!. Not worth doing more than once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
