Question: Centrum A to Zinc tablets!?

Hello I'm 14 years and wondering if its good if I take Centrum A to Zinc tablets for kids!. In other words I don't have any trouble with my eating or diet I just take the tablets so just in case I miss any of the Vitamins and Minerals!. Would it benefit me if not what are the side effects!?
