Any good home remedies for water retention?!


Question: Any good home remedies for water retention!?
Probably this is from PMS!. I swear i put on 8 pounds water weight in a single day, and my ankles and tummy are swollen, even my face looks swollen! I've never had water retention this bad!. Any tips!? Is there something over the counter I should get or should I try a natural remedy or what!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fennel seed tea is good for water retention & other PMS symptoms!. Other safe natural diuretics are parsley, celery, dandelion root tea!. Drink lots of pure water & avoid salt, baking soda, pickles, cheese, sardines & other salty foods!.

Make a big pitcher of iced tea and drink it all day!. Use pure essential oil of fennel diluted in a massage oil or in a bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this is going to sound strange, but try drinking water!. Sometimes the body will hold on to water if it's not getting enough!. Also, exercise can help reduce water weight gain!. You can also try a little bit of coffee or tea, as caffeine is a natural diuretic!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i would go to the Dr's you don't want to have CHEF congestive heart fail or, are you eating too much salt or sodium fast foods , depending on your diet or age!? gotta try drinking plain water not carbonation, like seltzer, cucumbers, celery, asparagus are natural foods to help,
