Yes -several anti depressants are also used to treat anorexia, including prozac, however i would consult a doctor or pharmacist to double check!. Although "anti-depressants" all have the same aim it is a very broad category and it would pay to ry and find the best anti-depressant for your needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
