I believe it is where a person uses audio equipment that produces binal sounds that induces changes in the brainwave pattern!. There are many companies that produce CD's for home use also!. They place you in varying levels of brain wave activity stating they will help you by-pass years of meditation practice in a short period of time!.

There is a Technic in meditation but high that is confusing me,as mediation you need to concentrate,I don't know from where high tech is coming,he must be a shop keeper on name of God!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
