I have had a lot of bad thoughts and things happen in my life, and I have heard about self hypnotist!. (specifily from here: http://answers!.yahoo!.com!.ph/question/ind!.!.!. is it safe!? And will it help me to forget these bad things!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes,it is safe if you tell yourself while you are going under that if anything bad should happen that you will automatically wake up!. i use self hypnosis a lot!. you may not forget what ever the bad things are in your life!. you actually need them in your life to counter balance other things going on in your life!. but you tell your self that they can no longer hurt or harm you in any way!. i don't know if you are familiar with the process of self hypnosis so i will not go into it here but if you should ever need help you can contact me at this email address!. mrsneilscooper@yahoo!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com
