Question: Constipation / How To Soften Stool!?
Greetings everyone,
I'm a 21 year old male and I suffer from constipation once or so / month!. My eating habits are fine other than the fact that I think I eat too much chocolate!. I'm hoping someone can let me know some ideas for natural stool softeners other than prunes!. Thanks, in advance, for any help and advice!. I greatly appreciate it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Common Foods that cause constipation- Chocolate
Common Foods that cause Diarreah- Mexican food Products
Cure: If you have constipation and you eat Mexican food, you will get "better"
Cure: If you have Diarreah and you eat Chocolate, you will get "better"
If you eat a lot of Mexican food and a lot of choclate, the symptoms will overlap each other, and you will get "nothing"(hopefully)
Mental Constipation- the opposite of Mental Diareah
Common Causes of Mental Constipation- thinking too much or refusing to make a decision!.
Common Causes of Mental Diareah- Thinking too little and making too many little, unnecessary decisions!.

as you already said, prunes are best - make a compote!. if you don't like this, try prune juice!. there are lots of natural ones on the market!.
also: exercise, lots of fiber in your diet, and limit your consumption of bananas, cheeses, white rice, applesauce, and white flour products!.

Get a bottle of magnesium tablets in the vitamin/mineral section of your grocery store and take 1 or 2 of the tablets at night before you go to sleep!.
