OK to take all these supplements together?!


Question: OK to take all these supplements together!?
So after much trial and error and the medical world, I saw an MD recently who attempts natural ways before anything pharmaceutical!. I have had some problems with my nervous system which were spurred by a "nervous breakdown" of sorts, I won't go into detail!. But have been left with this depression!.

She showed me the pathways of amino acids which lead to seratonin and dopamine clearly, and believed my body wasn't methylating properly!.

My question is: Is it a good idea to take ALL of these supplements together!? Many have overlapping B vitamins, especially B12, and I'm not sure if that's too much!.

If not, which should I try and for how long!?

Here are the supplements:
METHYL PROTECT:

Folate - 2000 mcg
B12 - 1000 mcg

Yes, you can!. Of course, it would be best to check with your doctor to double check if he wanted you to take all at once or the most ideal time of day for each as well!.

All of those B Vitamins are well under the common dosages available in supplement form, so your body should easily be able to absorb them!. The separate B-12 would be most ideal when taken separately so your body can get the most benefit from it in addition to the others!.
If you took them separately, I'd say to allow 3 hours or more between each to play on the safe side!.
