Is Spirulina enough on its own?!

Question: Is Spirulina enough on its own!?
Do you think that Spirulina is enough!?
I've started making some milkshakes in the morning, fresh fruit, yougurt, with 1 tsp of Spirulina and 1 tblsp of Maca Root!.!.!. all in an attempt to maximize fertility!.
Today I added some Brown Rice Protein Powder, but the taste is almost too strong to stand! Plus, because I put it in a thermos so it would last till I got to work, it became all thick and mushy in the end!.
My question, is Spirulina enough of a protein on its own!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, it's not!. Spirulina is rich in many nutrients, but it's not enough for a full day's supply without overdosing on some other nutrients!.

The protein content of Spirulina is good compared to other plants!.!.!. but the RDA (basic daily minimum for good health) is 50 grams!. Even if Spirulina was 100% protein (which it's nowhere near), it would take over 10 teaspoons just to get that kind of quantity!. But by then, you would have so much Chlorophyll that you'd be running to the bathroom several times a day, not to mention the toxic levels of Iron and other nutrients you'd get!. Sorry!

Usually, most protein powders don't sit well for very long after they are mixed, so it's usually best to drink them right away (otherwise, they almost all gunk up like that one did)!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
