Question: At what age is it advisable to take glucosamine/chondroitin supplements!?
I'm a little concerned about my knee joints, they're often stiff even though Im relatively fit!. Are joint supplements just for older people!? Im 36 maleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's fine to take them at your age!. You don't have to be old and grey to need joint support :-) I'm a 36 year old soccer player and I've been taking it since my mid-20's!. I find it helps!.

Latest quality peer reviewed studies show that these products do not perform better than placebo for arthritis!. They are expensive and will most probably be of no benefit to you!. I suggest you see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking it for a while and see if it helps!. It worked for me the first week!. Of course I'm older than you, but I know people in their 20's that take it because of early onset arthritis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I recommend Cosamin DS!. Costco has it for about $50 for a big bottle!. It is expensive compared to others but it has helped me when others did nothing!. Can't hurt to try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
